On our last séjour in Paris, D and I stayed in the 9ème arrondissement, just a hop, skip, and a sashay from the Moulin Rouge.  I have yet to see a revue at the Moulin Rouge though.  D, who has already seen the popular Féérie, is waiting for the revue to change before taking me.

I did get my fill of sequins and feathers in December courtesy of the cabaret Séduction at the Casino Rhul.  To say I was looking forward to it was an understatement as we tend to do most of our going out/dining out in cities other than Nice.  Plus, there is something to be said about attractive bodies in barely there costumes.  It almost makes me wish I worked out more…  Almost.

We had bought tickets for dinner and the show for 64€ but for 24€ you can enjoy a coupe of champagne before the show.  And while the food did not blow me away, the evening itself was a lot of fun.  At the end of the night, the casino is yours to enjoy — if that’s your kind of thing — or you can take a walk along the Promenade and people watch.

Tip: Remember to bring your passport as it is required for your entry to the Casino.
